Our commitment

We carry out our work in a way that respects the environments we operate in — from our Port Kembla workshop to live industrial sites across the Illawarra, Central Coast, South Coast and Sydney.

How we manage environmental risk

• Reducing waste generated by workshop and on-site activities.
• Recycling steel offcuts, packaging and consumables wherever practical.
• Minimising the use of hazardous materials and substituting safer alternatives where they exist.
• Maintaining spill response capability on site for fuels, oils and industrial fluids.
• Briefing crews on environmental controls at pre-start toolbox meetings.

Continuous improvement

We review environmental controls on each project and improve them as new methods, materials and equipment become available. We expect the same standard from our subcontractors and suppliers.
